What small sign-in mistake could lock you out of the course you already paid for?
No password to remember. The right email is everything.
The sign-in is email-based with a one-time code, not a password. As long as you use the same email you purchased with, you will be inside the course in about two minutes.

Two minutes from app to first lesson.
You have the app installed. Now we get you signed in and into this course. The sign-in is simpler than most platforms. There is no password to remember.
Open the app and enter your email.
Open GoKollab. The first screen asks you to sign in.
Enter the email address you used when you purchased this course. This is important. If you use a different email, the system creates a separate account that does not have access to this course, and you will have to start over.
If you are not sure which email you used, check your receipt or welcome email. The address that received those is the one to use here.
Tap continue.
Check your email for the code.
GoKollab sends a one-time code to that email address. It looks like a six-digit number.
Open your email. The message arrives within a few seconds. The subject line will mention a verification code or sign-in code.
If you do not see it within a minute, check your spam folder. Add the sender to your contacts so future codes always reach your inbox.
Copy the code, go back to the GoKollab app, type or paste it into the field, and tap continue. You are now signed in.
Handle multiple memberships if you have them.
If you belong to more than one community or platform that uses GoKollab, the app asks you which one you want to open.
Look for the one that matches the business that sold you this course. Tap it.
If you only have this one membership, you skip this step entirely.
Find the course.
Once you are inside the right space, look at the bottom of the screen. You will see two main tabs: Courses and Communities.
Tap Courses. This course should appear in your list.
Tap into it. You should see the module and lesson structure on your screen. Tap into Lesson 0.1 just to test. The welcome video should start playing.
That is the loop. Open app, tap Courses, tap this course, tap a lesson, play. You will do that a few dozen times before you finish this program.
You can sign in with your purchase email and a one-time code, and you have opened this course and confirmed a lesson plays.
Pause here, do it on your phone, then come back on whichever device you are watching now. If something is not working, the bottom of the workbook has a support email, and most issues are solved by signing out and back in. The next lesson shows you how to use the app so it produces real progress, not just screen time.
